The entries in the "Ten Minute Contest" will
be shown and the judging comments discussed.

Will show a video on Tripods, etc. titled: "Cinekinetic Tripod Killer & Move It Combo Video."

AMPS award winnign videos, compiled by Dave, will be shown.

Dave
will show the "Introduction to our Club Compliation 2002-3" that will precede our award winners for overseas swaps.

Dave
will show his one minute edited version of "Blueberries."

We
will discuss plans for an upcoming club "shoot" that will take place in our meeting room.
OUR NEXT EXECUTIVE MEETING will be held on Tuesday,
January 27, at 6:30 p.m. at St. George's Church Hall, prior to
the general meeting.
THE ANNUAL CONTEST deadline is the January 27 meeting.
In this contest, your entries may be on any subject and up to fifteen minutes in length. There are three classes:
novice, intermediate and open. Refer to your sheet of "Contest Rules" for qualifications. Please make sure that your entries
are marked either "steero" or "mono" sound. You may enter as many videos as you wish. Bring your entries to the meeting or
deliver them to Jean Rawlings, our contest chairperson, before that date.
OUR ANNUAL BANQUET wll be held on Friday, March
5, at the Harbour Towers Hotel, 345 Quebec Street. Assembly will be at 6:30 p.m. and dinner served at 7:00 p.m. We will be
having a buffet. The menu will be Rolls and Butter, Tossed Green Salad, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Pasta Salad, Greek Salad,
Beets and Pickle Tray, Carved Roast Beef, Roast Potatoes, Fresh Vegetables, Fruit Salad, Pecan Pie, Creme Caramel, Assorted
Bars and Squares, Coffee/Tea/Decaffeninated.
Tickets are $25.00 per person, to be purchased in advance. They will
be available at the January Meeting.
THE ASSIGNED SUBJECT CONTEST deadline will be the April 27 meeting. This
year the topic will be "Signs." It may be up to four minutes long.
