PROGRAM

The Assigned Subject Contest entries and the One Minute Contest entries will be shown and the judging comments discussed.

We will be discussing our meeting place.

OUR NEXT EXECUTIVE MEETING will be held on Tuesday, June 29, at 6:30 p.m. at St. George's Church Hall, prior to the general meeting.

THE ELECTION OF OFFICERS for next year's executive will be held at the June meeting.

CLUB INVENTORY - I am presently doing an inventory of the club's belongings, as this is a requirement of our constitution. If you are storing anything on behalf of the club, will you please make a detailed list and bring it to the June meeting.  We should have a record of what the club owns and where it is. If you would rather e-mail or phone me, that is fine. Sheila.

OUR ANNUAL CLUB "PICNIC" Will be held on Sunday, August 22 at 12:30 at the Lighthouse Bistro on the Nanaimo waterfront. Everyone is to take their cameras, as there are many interesting sights to film.

UPCOMING INTERNATIONAL CONTESTS YOU CAN ENTER:

Ten Best of the West (TBW) - contest deadline is August 1. If you bring your entries to the June meeting it will save you the postage.
Amateur Movie Makers Association (AMMA) - contest deadline is August 20.
American Motion Picture Society (AMPS) - contest deadline is August 31.

If you would like more information about any of these contests, contact Margaret.
